After much anticipation for Breaking Dawn - making my Team Jacob shirt, rereading the previous three books, writing my cousin messages like we're 13 year old fan girls - I was quite disappointed.

There was barely a conflict. Don't books - stories - revolve around conflict. Other than the (spoiler) horrid pregnancy, which I felt was silly, it was easy to see it would be a "happily ever after" story. There could have at least been a skirmish with the Volturri. Kill someone major off. Something. It was the last book for goodness sake.
